Mission Property Management is a full service property management company. We have been providing property management for home owners in the Tri City area for 25 years. “Full Service” means that we are always available and provide all aspects of property management. We are licensed, insured and experienced. We have full time personnel to handle your investment property.

“Management” entails all aspects of managing your real estate investment. In addition to screening tenants, placing tenants and collecting rent we will inspect your home and prepare it to market for optimal rent. We will market and advertise your rental property in unique ways. Our marketing program will attract more renters than any other system. Our staff is trained and experienced in all aspects of property management. We have vendors on hand for repair and maintenance of your home. We have painters, landscapers, roofers, flooring specialists, plumbers, window and appliances affiliates, handymen and a 24 hour emergency call number. We can assist you with all estimates, planning and scheduling for any needed work.

Local residents, home owners and business owners have been coming to us for expert property management representation. We specialize in single family homes, condominiums, town homes, duplexes and triplexes in the Tri City Area. We do handle properties outside of this area.
